Bank of America introduced Friday the Major League Baseball
Extra Bases Credit Card, with reward options especially for
baseball fans. These include not only tickets, hats and uniforms,
but "experiences" as well, such as throwing out the
ceremonial first pitch at a Major League game or being on the
field for batting practice. Each Major League Baseball team
offers slightly different options for its fans.
The
cards also offer traditional reward options such as airline
tickets or cash rebates on card purchases.
The
Extra Bases credit card is available online via http://www.mlbextrabases.com.
It will launch in Major League Baseball stadiums during the
2006 MLB All-Star Week in Pittsburgh.
