Millennium Bank, which issues secured credit cards to customers
with poor credit histories, is waiving all interest charges
and fees for victims of Hurricane Katrina for at least the next
three months.
“Those
caught in the turmoil on the Gulf Coast face major challenges
in the days, weeks and months ahead,” New Millennium CEO Chris
Van Der Stad said. “By waiving late fees and interest charges,
we’re helping our customers stay focused on the recovery and
renewal process ahead.”
