IKEA Credit Card Now Available Online and In-Store

IKEA Credit Card Now Available Online and In-Store The home furnishings retailer IKEA is now offering its first store credit card, with applications available at any of the 26 IKEA retail stores or online at http://www.ikeacards.com.
First announced in August, the IKEA credit card is a private-label credit card for use at IKEA stores only. In-store credit card kiosks allow customers to apply without the help of a store employee, making the process more secure. In addition, credit card approval can be completed in minutes, and the customer can use the approved credit account immediately.
"As the only major home furnishings retailer without a credit card, we are proud to introduce the IKEA Card, said Matti Naar, Marketing Manager for IKEA US. "It will make purchasing our products faster, easier, more affordable and hassle-free."
